All our Postal Rainwear is certified by the United States Navy Clothing and Textile Research Facility (NCTRF). The Postal Blue Capes, which attach to the Long Coats, feature a reflective postal ribbon at the bottom for added Letter Carrier safety while on routes. New detachable hood snaps onto the 35" Long cape for a semi-permanent application. Also features a neck tab with snaps and the USPS Logo on the left side chest. Unisex sizes.
